Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Tulum Municipality

We had a really nice stay and would have loved to stay even longer. The room is huge and so is the bed. The balcony was super nice and the whole place is just very beautiful and cozy. The communication with Denise was very easy and nice - she was always happy to help also with request for a scooter rental or a second blanket. Check in and check out were super easy. Keep in mind that this is not in the middle of the Centro so you will need a scooter to get around. But we liked it because the neighborhood was very quiet. Also it is super close to Holistika which was nice for yoga and food! Would totally book again and stay here when in Tulum :)

I like the location of the place, there are supermarkets nearby, it is close to Parque el Jaguar and it is near the Av Prinicipal to tour and look for places of interest.

Great, very kind Adriana always answers and Jesus is super attentive and present for what we needed, the apartment is wide and nothing is missing, she even cooks with her wine glasses. The room is all excellent

Service was excellent! Vanessa was great at communicating with us and checking on us daily. The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, zona hotelera is a short cab ride away. Would recommend for the value!

Wonderful spot to rest after day long adventures! They have Netflix WiFi and AC, as well as an outlet adapter for USB and European chargers. They also provide bikes, which in my opinion, is the best was to get around Tulum. Would definitely stay there again for a future trip!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Stephanie’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect – very convenient and peaceful with nearby spots,. It was easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Had a great stay with my family. Would absolutely come back and stay. Loved the scooter rentals right at the property, which made getting around a breeze.

Our favorite part of the vacation was here - we spent 3-4 unforgettable days here. The neighborhood is great - you can walk to 20 restaurants, 2 steps away there is a 24-hour 7 eleven with everything you need. There is a bike/quad bike rental close by. On bicycles we drove to the ruins of Tulum, there is a bike path to them, also we drove to the beach on bicycles, there is no bike path, but the traffic was calm. We took a taxi to the beaches, train station and sinots using the indrive, it was cheaper. There was also a bus ride from Tulum to Cicenica. The complex is very cool - several swimming pools, very quiet, the rooms are well isolated from each other, other guests did not interfere with our vacation in any way. The apartment itself is crystal clear and well equipped. The private hot tub brightened up our evenings. Edgar was very accommodating and open. I helped with all questions, gave useful and clear recommendations, responded promptly. His participation also helped us to fully enjoy our stay there

the apartments are very nice and have everything you need to feel at home and the space is perfect for family, and it has shops very close to be able to buy what you need. I would 100% recommend it for staying in Tulum for days. The administrators are very friendly and all attentive to what is always required.

An excellent place to spend a few pleasant and relaxing days; the location is good you have access to various places according to the plans you have in mind. The host has a very good attitude, is on the lookout, which makes the stay feel at home.

Apartment is great. Especially how clean everything. For me is really important. In apartment we had everything for a comfortable stay. Saiid is very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. We have a construction in a next building but it’s everywhere in Tulum now.

Easy check in. Good communication from the host. Quiet area, not the prettiest neighborhood but the building is quite pretty so it stands out and is easy to find. Walkable to lots of restaurants, main drag in Tulum, grocery stores, it had everything I needed to cook my own food to save money. Even had a sponge and dish washing liquid provided so I could do dishes without additional purchases. Fantastic price. I would book to stay here again in a heart beat.

excellent attention from lizzet jorge and Diego, the property is a super comfortable apartment and fully conditioned for a pleasant and comfortable stay, the attention of the hosts was definitely very pleasant, warm and timely. I highly recommend the area there are many nice places to visit:)

Access to the apartment is easy through location. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, the quiet area, no noise. the pool very close to the apartment, easy access. overall a very comfortable stay.

This accommodation is excellent if you want to go to Zamna, it is literally a 15-minute walk away. The host is very friendly, helped us with recommendations and always answered immediately. The apartment is very clean too. It is not far from downtown but transportation is complicated, the vans that take you there take a long time and at the nearby stop they are very crowded. Although if you have a car, everything is fine.

Enjoyed my stay here! Balcony and community pool area was nice to relax in. I’m a regular in Tulum and this Airbnb is located in La Veleta, which is a really nice up and coming area in town with lots of trees and away from the noise. Only downside was noisy neighbors blasting music on the last day. This is outside of the owner’s control, but I hope the community enforces the quiet hours eventually! Owner of this Airbnb was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to people going to Tulum!

Cute place, I loved the gym. It’s in the middle between the beach and town that you can get to both places in 5 mins.
