Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Tulum Municipality

We had a really nice stay and would have loved to stay even longer. The room is huge and so is the bed. The balcony was super nice and the whole place is just very beautiful and cozy. The communication with Denise was very easy and nice - she was always happy to help also with request for a scooter rental or a second blanket. Check in and check out were super easy. Keep in mind that this is not in the middle of the Centro so you will need a scooter to get around. But we liked it because the neighborhood was very quiet. Also it is super close to Holistika which was nice for yoga and food! Would totally book again and stay here when in Tulum :)

Me gusto la ubicación del lugar, hay supermercados cerca, esta cerca del Parque el Jaguar y esta cerca la Av prinicipal para recorrer y buscar sitios de interes.

Genial, muy amables Adriana siempre contesta y Jesus súper atento y presente para lo que necesitáramos, amplio el depto y no le falta nada, cocina hasta con sus copas de vino el refri amplio todo esta excelente

Service was excellent! Vanessa was great at communicating with us and checking on us daily. The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, zona hotelera is a short cab ride away. Would recommend for the value!

Wonderful spot to rest after day long adventures! They have Netflix WiFi and AC, as well as an outlet adapter for USB and European chargers. They also provide bikes, which in my opinion, is the best was to get around Tulum. Would definitely stay there again for a future trip!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Stephanie’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect – very convenient and peaceful with nearby spots,. It was easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Appartement magnifique, très bien équipé . Calme . Une voiture est préconisée. Le jardinier a nettoyé la piscine et les allées tout les matins . 2 supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Je reviendrais sans hésiter

Had a great stay with my family. Would absolutely come back and stay. Loved the scooter rentals right at the property, which made getting around a breeze.

Наша любимая часть отпуска прошла здесь - мы провели 3-4 незабываемых дня здесь. Район отличный - можно пешком дойти до 20 ресторанов, в 2х шагах напротив есть круглосуточный 7 eleven со всем необходимым. Рядом есть пункт проката велосипедов/квадрациклов. На велосипедах мы доезжали до руин Тулума, есть велодорожка до них, также на велосипедах мы доезжали до пляжа, велодорожки нет, но трафик был спокойный. На пляжи, вокзал и синоты мы ездили на такси используя индрайв, так было дешевле. Также из Тулума добирались до Чиченицы на автобусе. Комплекс очень клевый - несколько бассейнов, очень тихо, номера хорошо изолированы друг от друга, другие постояльцы никак не мешали нашему отдыху. Самы апартаменты кристально чистые и хорошо оборудованные. Приватное джакузи скрасило наши вечера. Эдгар был очень любезен и открыт. Помогал по всем вопросам, давал полезные и четкие рекомендации, оперативно отвечал. Его участие также помогло нам полностью насладится нашим пребыванием там

los departamentos están muy bonitos y cuentan con todo lo necesario como para sentirte en casa y el espacio es perfecto para estar en familia, y cuenta con tiendas muy cerca para poder comprar lo necesario. Lo recombedari al 100% para quedarse en Tulum por días. Las administradores muy amables y todas al pendiente de lo que se requiere siempre.

Un excelente lugar para pasar unos días agradables y relajantes; la ubicación es buena tienes acceso a diversos sitios de acuerdo a los planes que tengas en mente. El anfitrión tiene muy buena actitud, está al pendiente, lo cual hace de la estancia sentirte como en casa.

Apartment is great. Especially how clean everything. For me is really important. In apartment we had everything for a comfortable stay. Saiid is very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. We have a construction in a next building but it’s everywhere in Tulum now.

Easy check in. Good communication from the host. Quiet area, not the prettiest neighborhood but the building is quite pretty so it stands out and is easy to find. Walkable to lots of restaurants, main drag in Tulum, grocery stores, it had everything I needed to cook my own food to save money. Even had a sponge and dish washing liquid provided so I could do dishes without additional purchases. Fantastic price. I would book to stay here again in a heart beat.

Daniel war super lieb und nett, proaktiv und immer erreichbar! Haben um Verlängerung angefragt für ein paar Tage, hat ebenso sehr unkompliziert und schnell geklappt. Extrem guter Gastgeber! :) Würden immer wieder bei ihm in Tulum buchen. Die Lage ist super! Zum Strand sind es 5 km.

excelente atención por parte de lizzet jorge y Diego, el inmueble es un departamento super cómodo y completamente acondicionado para pasar una estancia agradable y cómoda, la atención de los anfitriones fue sin duda muy amena, cálida y oportuna. Les recomiendo ampliamente la zona hay muchos lugares bonitos por visitar:)

El acceso al departamento es fácil a través de la ubicación. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas, la zona tranquila, sin ruido. la alberca muy cerca al departamento, acceso fácil. en general una estancia muy cómoda.

Este alojamiento es excelente si lo que quieres es ir a Zamna, está literal caminando a menos de 15 minutos. El Anfitrión es muy amable, nos ayudó con recomendaciones y siempre contestó de inmediato. El depa muy limpio también. No está lejos del centro pero sí es complicado el transporte, las camionetas que te llevan tardan mucho y en la parada cercana pasan llenísimas. Aunque si llevas auto todo bien.

Enjoyed my stay here! Balcony and community pool area was nice to relax in. I’m a regular in Tulum and this Airbnb is located in La Veleta, which is a really nice up and coming area in town with lots of trees and away from the noise. Only downside was noisy neighbors blasting music on the last day. This is outside of the owner’s control, but I hope the community enforces the quiet hours eventually! Owner of this Airbnb was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to people going to Tulum!

Dit is een fantastische plek als je op zoek bent naar rust. Het appartement is klein maar was perfect voor mij alleen. Alles is splinternieuw en werkt heel goed. Er waren voldoende kussens, handdoeken, keukengerei, zwembadhanddoeken. Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's en als je in de ochtend in de hottub gaat kan je in de zon in de hottub! Omdat het appartement verder de dag geen zonlicht heeft wordt het niet super superheet, ik had in de nacht alleen de plafondventilator aan. Het zwembad is fantastisch en heeft direct zonlicht tot 19:00. De communicatie met Rafael was heel fijn, toen ik om een broodrooster vroeg werd die 1 dag later bezorgd. Zorg dat je een auto of scooter hebt want niks is op loopafstand. Een auto is het beste. De weg naar het appartement is wel oké maar wat ik het allerliefste vond was dat ik geen last had van bouwgeluid en echt rust had. Dankjewel 🫶🏽
