You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Haus Roswitha is located in the picturesque Tumpen. A small village at the beginning of the Oetztal. The house lies in a quiet neigbourhood, has a garden and a beautiful mountain view. The Oetztal is full of activities. In winter, skiing in Hochoetz / Kühtai is perfect for families. Sölden is also easily accessible. In the summer you can swim, hike and mountainbike, but also rafting and canyoning are possible. Innsbruck is always worth the effort. Culture, shopping and gastronomy in 1 city.

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center.
