The apto. was very clean and tidy, the photos exactly match the property. Communication has always been quick and clear in details and information. I was served with great kindness and availability from the host. I felt welcoming in the environment. It is close to the avenue and has several restaurants, pharmacies, markets and general commerce, nor do you need a car. Due to this proximity there are a few noises common to a busy avenue, but nothing that gets in the way or disturb. The park is very close by. I really enjoyed the stay and recommend the apartment of João Pedro and Guilherme.

Apt with full kitchen, microwave, excellent stove. washing machine. has no air-conditioning but has humidifier and fan. good shower, large quantity although when fully connected does not keep the water very hot. me as nothing gets in the way. apt is on the second floor with few stairs. spacious garage but uncovered, 24hrs concierge.

The resort is very good, we have hosted it several times this year. The restrictions are due to the parking spaces when the resort is full and the elevators of the Towers for the same reason. You have to be patient. Otherwise, it's very good.

We liked it a lot do not have to complain about, we were on the 1st floor in the beginning I was angry because I wanted to have stayed on a high floor, afraid of noises, but then I saw that it was a great choice because it was super quiet, I couldn't hear any noise and as we went on the holiday the elevators took a long time, only one observation we spent 4 days of cleaning to collect the garbage we had to collect and leave the bags on the balcony, otherwise it would return without a doubt and would stay at the same hotel, very restaurant close and the park is glued with the hotel we were on a very quiet walk, just thank you for our wonderful stay, just thank you for our wonderful stay.
