Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, the area is a haven for winter skiing and summer hiking or biking on endless trails.

Einfache Vorweidhütte gebaut um 1890 wird noch bewohnt und Landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Der Landwirtschaftsbetrieb wird unabhängig von den Gästen betrieben. Gerüche und Arbeiten gehören dazu, so wie die Rinder welche um das Haus und im Stall verweilen. Dazu gehören natürlich auch die Glocken. Daher sind NUR Gäste willkommen welche gewillt sind, auf ein einfaches Leben ohne Luxus, ohne Strom, ohne Dusche, (Wasser am Brunnen) und Plumpsklo. Wer das akzeptiert wird dieser Aufenthalt nie vergessen.

Studio with beautiful views of the Saanenland

Our approx. 350-year-old farmhouse contains a newly renovated studio. It is located just above the village of Saanen with beautiful views over large parts of the Saanenland. By car, it can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, whether coming from Schönried or Saanen. In between is the underpass with the turnoff to Unterbort/Abländschen. Always follow the signs for “Sonnenhof.” The underpass is also a bus stop. From there it is still a 15-minute walk to the studio. Pick-up service is possible.

Gstaad wraparound balcony with alpine view

This bright 1-bedroom chalet flat lies within easy walking distance (10 min max) of the car-free centre of Gstaad, one of the best-known of the Swiss alpine villages famed for sport, shopping, dining and people-watching. The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Gstaad: Panoramic terrace with views of the Alps

Relax with the whole family in our new house (built in 2022) on the sunny side of the valley with views in three directions, directly on the Schönried-Gstaad winter hiking trail / summer hiking trail. Four valley stations for skiing are a 5-minute drive away. The free "Gstaad Card" offers special experiences, discounted gondola tickets, and free use of buses and trains around Gstaad, Zweisimmen, and Lenk. It's absolutely fantastic for hiking!

Alpine charm & coziness

A cozy rural retreat invites you to unwind! This newly renovated room, styled in alpine chic, features a private entrance with direct access to a covered patio. Hiking, biking trails, and ski slopes start nearby. There’s no kitchen, but a full-meal restaurant is next door, with others nearby. Shops and the train station are 5-10 minutes away on foot (0.5-1 km), and the bus stop is just 250 meters away. Free parking available.

Cosy, bright and fully equipped studio, just 10 min walk from the centre of Gstaad, with a great view of the mountains. The perfect place for a break for two or solo. Enjoy the sunny balcony to admire the alpine landscape. The private bathroom, just on the landing, is wooden and full of charm. Whether you're here to ski, hike, bike or just relax, this little cocoon is ideal for putting your suitcases down.

Beautiful studio with new bed 160x200cm comfortable armchair, TV, WIFI, kitchen with coffee maker, car parking space. The train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Beautiful hiking, cycling, biker tours from the doorstep. Skiing to Lenk Adelboden or St.Stephan, Sannersloch and Zweisimmen possible by car or train. Our house is about 1 hour from Interlaken by car. It is about 2 hours by train.

Neues und gemütliches Studio in rustikalem Baustil. Ideal für 2 Personen, die die Schweizer Bergwelt von ihrer schönsten Seite sehen und geniessen wollen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und daher ideal zum ausspannen und erholen. 10 Autominuten von Gstaad entfernt. ÖV Anschluss zwischen 7-19 Uhr. Ideal für Skifahren, Winterwandern und Langlauf im Winter. Im Sommer gibt es diverse Wandermöglichkeiten.

Thanks to the spacious surroundings, it is particularly easy to relax in the studio as well as in the beautiful garden area. The view of the town of Gstaad can be particularly enjoyed and the property is about 5 minutes by car from the center. In 3 minutes you can reach the Wispile and Eggli ski resorts.

A small chalet all alone

Cozy chalet on a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with BBQ and terrace. A sandbox for kids. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house may book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is filled with wood. It works wonderfully!
