The house is surrounded by a large garden, full of fruit trees & vegetables, chickens & cats. A landscaped terrace with a wood-fired oven & large table is perfect for gatherings at sunset. A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

This luxury seafront villa is located at a private beach, in a bay with not more then 12 houses and is ideal for families or a group of friends. You have the choice to relax at your private pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy a swim in the Aegean sea which is accessible by stairs at the end of your garden. One of the highlights is relaxing on the spacious covered balcony with a glass of wine, rakı or a cold local beer and enjoy the fabulous view of the Aegean sea with it most stunning sunsets.

Only our 4 identical bungalows offer a private beach with no neighbors, but close to restaurants and markets in the most beautiful bay of Söğüt. The dream for nature lovers, with the sea at your feet. Located in a fishing village sheltered from the wind, in a romantic, discreet and peaceful setting. Each 25m² cottage has its private 35m² terrace in a walled garden. Breakfast not included, prepared by the Chef of your choice, is served on your terrace facing the sea.

Solar 24/7 hot water provides a comfortable experience with full kitchen utensils, barbecue and swing. TV/Dsmart available. 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min to Güneyli center, 20 min to Gallipoli. There is also Turkish coffee, Laundry, dishwasher and refrigerator. There's a parking lot where you can park in the shade.

There are many vineyards and fine dining restaurants, places for horseback riding and a famous farmers market in the area.
