Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war toll und sehr sauber. Frau Serap war sehr nett und hilfsbereit um sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde immer wieder gerne dort hinfahren und den Aufenthalt bei Frau Serap genissen und auch weiterempfehlen. Gruss Zehra und Cem Mizrak aus Eschweiler 😘

Ev inanılmaz keyifli, kalabalık arkadaş grubu için çok ideal her odanın kendisine ait banyo tuvalet olması bizi çok rahatlattı. Manraza inanılmaz. Tama alaçatı ve çeşmenin ortasında. Özlem hanım çok ilgiliyd. Çok keyifli bir 4 gün geçirdik. Teşekkürler.

Это самое уютное жилье, которое я когда-либо снимал в Фетхие! Мы с семьей ощущали себя как дома! Совершенно точно могу рекомендовать. Профессионализм, отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяев не имеет равных в моем рейтинге арендодателей Фетхие! Вокруг дома сад с цитрусовыми и мы были в сезон, когда зреют апельсины, при заселении нас ждал небольшой, но неожиданный сюрприз - корзина апельсинов, что очень кстати было с дороги. Так же смело можете выбирать это жилье, если у вас собачка. Хозяева - собачники.

The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

Appartement très bien situé, entre la place taksim et le bosphore. Il est vraiment propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Il y a des restaurants partout dans le quartier et un petit supermarché. Loin de l'agitation, il permet de se reposer au calme après une journée de balade. Le tramway, les bus et le métro sont à 10/15 min à pied. Tout peut se faire à pied également, prévoyez juste de bonnes chaussures de marche ! Hassan est réactif, disponible et fait tout pour rendre notre séjour facile et agréable. Très sympathique, il a répondu à toutes nos questions, sans jamais s'agacer ! À bientôt in Chaa Allah !

Проживание оставило очень приятное впечатление. Всё соответствовало описанию, квартира была чистой и уютной. Особенно понравилось гостеприимство — если что-то было нужно, хозяин реагировал сразу и с заботой. Единственное, что немного удивило — не было мыла, но это совсем не проблема, его легко было купить поблизости. В целом я чувствовала себя очень комфортно и с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

Beautiful apartment in a new building. Exactly like the photos. Apartment has what you need to prepare meals etc. Comfortable bed. Nice balconny to sit and watch the sea. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and Cleopatra beach. Great walking area. Restaurants & nearby. AliRiza is a good host. Responds quickly to messages and checked in on us during our stay. We originally booked for 3 weeks and ended up adding an extra week.
