Mindy was hands down the best Air BnB host I’ve ever had. Kind, responsive, helpful and even let us check out late on Sunday! We loved the house and it had everything we needed. Such a peaceful property for a relaxing weekend away from all the noise and very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Great location close to all of our destinations. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Loved having the air fryer on the counter instead of just a toaster. Was great for heating up leftovers. Neighborhood was very quiet, check in and check out was a breeze. Was glad to see they have added a breakfast table after a few of their review comments. It was nice to have breakfast and coffee there. Sofa is huge and also comfortable. Hosts were responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again. Great price for a lovely house in a good neighborhood.

We stayed at one of Clint’s units at this location last year. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last year and decided to return this year. It is quiet, safe, perfect for walking, close to a golf course, restaurants, a grocery store, and it is sparkling clean. This unit had everything we could have possibly wished for. Best of all, Clint was a very responsive and helpful host. We hope to be back.

Great place to stay at. It was the perfect size place for the 2 of us to stay at. Also way better than our stay at hotels nearby.

Mother Nature prohibited us from getting to Birmingham for my grandson's Bachelor's degree commencement ceremony Friday evening. Charles was so attentive to our problem, waited and worked with us to see if we were going to get there. After United canceled our flight, Charles did everything in his power to make sure Airbnb knew we were not able to get to the house and approve us to received a refund. Outstanding citizen is what this man is!!!!!!!!! We may be returning in May 2026 for a graduation of my grandson's Master's program and will definitely stay at Charles' property.

It was a great spot i liked the history behind the building the residents are awesome they have a theater in the basement its pretty cool place to stay

My wife and I stayed at Joe's for 6 nights and it was an amazing place to stay. Awesome location which made almost everywhere we went in the city just a short walk. Tons of places to eat including some of the best pizza we've ever had right on the first floor of the building! Highly recommended spot! We'd been concerned about parking in the city for our rental car, but the $4 per day lot almost right across the street was a win! Thank you Joe, you'll definitely be hearing from us if we are down that way again.

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of that! The location is incredible for walks with the family and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a playground, and much more. The home felt very clean and made it easy to rest. I would highly recommend staying here.
