Our traditional cottage has a living room, a kitchen, two sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on holiday, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging in the hammock. The sandy beach that opens to the south is well suited for children's water play, and there's plenty to do in the cottage and nearby. We also have a trampoline, a fire pit, and a boat. Welcome to vacation! The cottage is located along the Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselkä tour and the Liperi Leipäpitäjä cycling routes.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the lake. What's more, the location is ideal for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.
