From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful views over Savilahti. Barrier-free access to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

Close to good fishing, berry picking and outdoor areas. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The tenant has access to a paddle board and rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.
