Lovely, cheerful, updated 50’s house in a beautiful, quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Only 5-10 minutes from UT Tyler, the medical center, shopping, and great restaurants! Three comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed, and two with queen beds with room darkening drapes. Memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, & 100% cotton sheets, blankets, quilts/bedcovers. 100% cotton towels. Stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen. Large windows to enjoy the views and let the sunshine in!

Welcome to our humble cottage, built in 1946 and lovingly restored, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in the back. The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

It's convenient to Tyler, Canton and Athens, Canton Trades Days, and with room for boat parking, fishing on Lake Palestine and other lakes. There are two farm dogs on the property who take their role as hosts very seriously, and the llamas are available for admiring and cookie-feeding by appointment.

All of our cabins have private hot tubs on the decks with firepits and charcoal grills. We sale bundles of firewood for $5.
