Holiday rentals with a patio in Tyler

We were in the middle of moving into town and waiting to close on our new home. The stay here was priced right and met our needs. Thank you for making this a smooth transition by providing a home away from home.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and spacious too. Very close to where we were working. Both Tandrea and Reg are quick to respond if you need anything, and they were very flexible/understanding with a little later check out time. Great place to stay!!

William was out of town when I visited, but everything was clean, comfortable, and in good order. hmHe informed me in advance he would be out of town, but I was comfortable and it is a very convenient location to anything you might need to do in the Tyler area.

I would recommend this spot to anyone just visiting or traveling. It’s clean, the host is very responsive and overall it was a great experience!

Very nice property, very peaceful and comfortably cabin in the middle of Athens; my fiancé and I will be returning for sure‼️☺️

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a wedding and it was such a great place! The surrounding area was very private and tranquil. The hosts were very helpful and communicated with us well. We loved the accommodations and would stay again, we would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Alva's place. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. All the little touches were great; we arrived late and she left a couple of lamps on so we wouldn't be walking into a dark and unknown house, there was ice in the freezer, she even left us some snacks. The beds are super soft and luxurious. Towel also super fluffy. The office space was very convenient for us as we were working. There was a list of restaurants and activities and we tried several and all were a hit with us. They are very responsive: we had one very small issue when a smoke detector beeped twice one morning. I let Alva and her husband know and they came over as soon as possible to fix it. We had a lovely visit. I 100% recommend this place.

We enjoyed a quiet stay! The house is super cozy and clean! The owner was very responsive. Plenty of room for 2-6 people and a nice backyard area too!

This was our second stay at Rebecca's place, and it was even more comfortable than the first time. She's added many lovely amenities, and as usual is incredibly quick in responding to questions or needs. We had all we needed for our trip to the Rose Festival.

Well maintained , quiet and lovely older neighborhood with great location. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean. Clear and easy communication.

The property and accommodations were amazing. Peaceful surroundings, and a very responsive host. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

Annual cousin trip in Tyler was made even more special by finding this place. Our lodging was both spacious and accommodating for the 5 of us . The location was very accessible as well. The response time from host was exceptional ! Definitely would book again.

Doug was amazing and understanding working with us during the sudden severe illness & death of our loved one. Even though I was slow to react at times due to being a little overwhelmed in complete shock; and in addition having to deal with long hours/nights and little sleep ….Doug was very accommodating. I hope to be back when the roses are in bloom!!

The place was very clean & quiet. It was a perfect location for our fishing tournament.

Aaron and his family were great hosts. Checking in to make sure we weren’t running low on supplies. Home was very beautiful and well kept. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was 10 minutes away from local restaurants and stores. Will definitely keep them in mind on our next trip to Alba. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
