Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings the sea can be seen from the front windows and only a few mins walk to the beach and local bars. Michael was responsive and always helpful. The property is big and has all you’ll need for an home from home experience. We are already looking at a return same time next year 👍🏻👍🏻

Rashida and Colin are a great team and made us feel very welcome. The annex accommodation around the courtyard garden was perfect for us and very comfortable for a 3 night stay. It's a nice touch having samples of Colin's photography on the wall. The metro and Aldi are both about 10 mins' walk away which was convenient for us to get the one stop to Tynemouth or longer trip into Newcastle. We'll definitely be back - many thanks.

What a super place for our weekend plans! House was spacious, and so conveniently located…with easy access to Tynemouth’s centre, beaches, and a stone’s throw from the passenger ferry to take us over the river to S. Shields. Very comfy beds and a (surprisingly) quiet street, especially during the evening, made for an extremely chilled weekend. We found Raymond to be super responsive and helpful. Many thanks.

Great spot! The location could not have been more perfect for walking to family members in the area and shopping. House was ideal for our family of 4. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home as we were so far away from Arizona. House was very clean as well. Thank you for being so responsive.

Would definitely recommend company/ this accommodation. Communication was top notch throughout, very quick and answered all queries. House was lovely and very clean, beds super comfortable, smart tv with netflix etc.

Emily’s place is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic. There is a pub you can walk to in just a few minutes and also shops. The house has good off street parking for two cars. The decor inside is very well done, very clean throughout, good spec kitchen and a nice area in the back garden to sit in to top it all off.

The location is really good, close to Jesmond but in a more quiet residential part. The property was nice, self-contained with a cozy mezzanine level. The bed was comfy, and we didn't find the low roof too cramped. There was always parking outside. The street always had spaces up on the kerb (NB: the spaces required you to sometimes hump the car up the full kerb rather than a dropped kerb).

We had a wonderful stay at the caravan! The place was spotless and really well looked after. Lynn was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and happy to answer all our questions. It’s perfect for families as there were thoughtful extras like kids’ toys and child-friendly plates that made our stay even easier. We’d definitely come back again!

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Very modern and clean van. Great location right on the beach and very accommodating host, leaving tea, coffee biscuits etc. Would recommend to anyone and was really impressed with how nice the caravan was. Thanks for having us!

Lovely stay for the week as a family with 2 young kids. Nice and close to a stunning beach. The holiday home itself was well appointed and very clean - some nice touches and very comfortable. We had a really nice relaxing stay and would recommend for anyone looking to recharge their batteries and have beautiful walks and scenery close by.

Loved our stay. Caravan in a fantastic location. As described. Well equipped. Very quiet despite people around. Great amenities on site, lovely site. Immaculate pool. Everyone v helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Perfect place for our needs for 3 nights away. Fantastic location for both shops/bars/restaurants and Jesmond Dene. We were able to walk into the city, along the quayside, and through Ouseburn via Heaton Park and Jesmond Dene back to the place. It’s a great walk and highly recommend it. Joanne is a great host. Perfect in terms of instructions for access, parking, and recommendations. The place is clean and cosy. What more can you ask for.

Stayed at Laura & Steven’s house as 2 young couples who travelled up for magic weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation - pristine clean, good location (only about 15min taxi to city centre), friendly & communicative hosts and a house with all you could possibly need! We would 100% recommend & will definitely stay again when magic weekend returns!

Fantastic homely property. Ideal for South Shields and access to fantastic beach. Host was 5 star and property was spotless clean. Make sure you follow the eating out recommendations, we loved them..

Extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble, including moving their car so we could park. Lovely breakfast hamper, fantastic shower and such a comfortable bed we took a photo of the mattress and plan to change ours! Our friends live 5 minutes away so will definitely look to book this again when we visit next.

House was as described and perfect for what we wanted. Nice touches included an initial supply of tea/coffee items. Gemma was always very responsive and would consider using the same location again if the need arises.

what a beautiful home.. I personally loved your passion for travel. We usually stay in a hotel when we visit but due to the circumstances having a home base worked out better. Great games, particularly enjoyed the dog bingo... more to hearing my husband pronounce the names haha. Thank you for letting us stay and I'm sooo sorry about spilling my coffee on the bed .. I truly tried my hardest to clean it up 🥺 x I also have honeysuckle envy... I know now what mine should look like 😉 x

I stayed 4 nights at The Snug, travelling daily to watch County Championship Cricket at Riverside Stadium, Chester le Street; the journey took about 15 mins. Access to The Snug was easy, using the key box. Although small, the use of space is perfect and a credit to Leona and Philip. I brought some food with me for an evening snack and a lunchtime pack-up at the cricket and used the fridge provided. My main meal of the day was Leona’s excellent inexpensive cooked breakfast; delicious 😋. The seating was comfortable and the bed perfect for a cozy night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and spacious, with both bath and separate shower. The weather although dry was quite cold but The Snug heats up quickly and efficiently. All in all a really good stay and I will revisit next time I’m in the area.
