Simple but beautiful 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor (about 50 m² of living space). Guests can also use the terrace and the garden. The apartment is situated quite close to the city centre, by foot it's just about 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to the pedestrian area of Seefeld. Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Charming flat in center StNikolaus and balcony

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
