Welcome to our quiet and international family home! The 15 m² double room with your own private bathroom is situated on the first floor. It comes with a private balcony offering a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. Our home is shared by an open-minded and friendly community – including students, working professionals, international guests, and our affectionate cat Bijou. Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

Seehaus Zeppelin - Your hideaway right on the lake

This unique place has a style all its own and an interesting history. The lake house was built in the 1930s by the famous Count von Zeppelin. Today it is a completely renovated hideaway that still invites guests from all over the world with the original facade. The Zeppelin lake house is located directly on the lake with its own lake access. It is designed as a retreat for two people, e.g. couples or friends. Whether for a workation, creative break or just to relax.

Quietly located, yet just a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop and back to the house on skis. Ski down the legendary "Streif" in Austria's largest connected ski area. Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

We are located on a plateau surrounded by meadows and forests above Oetz in the Ötztal and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to us there is a natural pond with extensive sunbathing lawns. Area47 is also only 4 km away. Canyoning, biking, tennis, paragliding, ... The Hochötz ski arena can be reached from us in 6 minutes by car. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also nearby.

Cosy family house on Lake Achen

This quiet house with a large garden tells stories. It has been in our family for three generations and has been filled with life over the years – with summers in the garden, winter evenings by the fireplace, books on the sofa and shared meals at the big table. Today it is run by us four siblings and regularly used as a family home. That's exactly how it feels: personal, warm and anything but anonymous.

The lovingly built apartment 'Penthouse Waterside' is located on the sunny side of the lake in Thumersbach overlooking the Schmittenhöhe, Lake Zell and the Pinzgau mountains.
