Very cozy Apartment in Tyrolean Lech Valley

Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Fewo Opa Adam, the gem on Donkhof

The Donkhof is a Tyrolean farmhouse that is around 200 years old and has been lovingly renovated by us in recent years using ecological building materials. Throughout the house there are solid wood floors, the walls are designed with lime plaster and clay paint. Many details have been restored, such as murals and old beams, but of course bathrooms and kitchens have been furnished according to the latest standards. Awarded the title '4 Edelweiss S' by the private landlord association Tyrol!

Spacious apartment in the Tyrolean Lech Nature Park

Greates is the old house name of the approximately 250-year-old farmhouse. Here you can sleep where the hay was once stored or take a shower where the cows were once milked. Greates was renovated in 2022 and combines Tyrolean architecture with modern architecture. The barn flat offers space for 8 people. In the Greates house there is another flat and a large garden. Guests who are quiet and love outdoor activities are very welcome. We do not want parties and celebrations.

The cozy Roßweid Hütte is situated in an idyllic and peaceful panoramic location in picturesque Stans in Tyrol, not far from the famous Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg with its impressive rock monastery. Surrounded by chickens, rabbits, goats and horses on the landlords' farm, the hut promises an unforgettable nature experience.
