The house is located just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Itaguaçu and 15 km from the city of SFS, which has other beautiful beaches in its surroundings and the historic center listed by the heritage. It is a very spacious house, designed to make the most of natural light and the sea breeze. It has an open concept living room with beautiful decor. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms inspired by paradisiacal places.

Walk on the sand or bring your bike for a ride on the bike path. Family-friendly beach, great for children. All 4 bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and a ceiling fan. There is no problem with a lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have an AIR FRYER.

The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!
