Cozy and complete apartment, exactly as in the listing. Perfect location for those going on a boat ride. Easy access and close to the Daco da Ribeira marinas. Check in was quick and easy. Thalita was great at communication and hospitality. We need to extend the stay and she promptly adjusted for us. We will certainly be staying there again!!

Everything is very good, from checkin to checkout. Clean and organized condominium. Vanusa always very helpful and attentive. We had a mishap with the air-conditioning of the suite, however, she informed us and the next day the problem was resolved. Clean apartment, with all the necessary utensils, appliances and furniture in perfect condition, great location for those who go to the beach. (Because it was the end of the year there was chaos and we didn't use the car for nothing, the market and the “center” is about 10/15 minutes walking) the only nearby restaurant is Jundu, but it's not cheap.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is clean, organized and very comfortable. The host was kind and thoughtful. The condominium structure is a differential, with very well equipped gym, heated pool and large pool. The security at the condo is excellent. We'll be back for sure!

I was in João Flavio's and Dayana's apartment with my family, it was incredible days! I was able to count with all the attention and affection of Dayana/ João excellent hosts who have always been available to help me with the questions and needs of the stadia! Beautifully airy, comfortable apartment with all the household utensils that we needed so much to make a little food, and to clean the little things. All new and functional! SUPER comfortable beds, cool air-conditioning and zero noise, spacious and well completed bathrooms. About the condominium, we take advantage of all available entertainment options, from the game room to the wonderful pool. Since it is in front of the beach, almost in the sand, we could have lunch in the apartment, rest for a while, and then go back to the beach. This helped a lot for kids not to get so tired and also for us to save a little 🤭 We liked it so much that we didn't want to leave, but we sure will be back again

The apartment is excellent and has one of the best infrastructure for those who want to stay in Praia Grande. Every balcony has a grille, which ensures safety for those who have a pet, and the inside is closed with anti-noise doors. The condominium is quite familiar and the common areas are well taken care of. The support material is very good with tips on what to do and where to eat and Michele has always been proactive in answering any questions.

We had an excellent experience in the house. The home is exactly as portrayed by the photos. It is beautiful and very well cared for. The condominium is right at the exit of the mountain, and - even though not so close - it has easy access to the beaches. It is very close to several markets (less than 5 minutes from Shibata, Tenda etc) and has several leisure areas. Célia was a great host, responds quickly and was very dear throughout the process. We will definitely be back.

The condominium in which the house is located is very safe, organized and clean, for those who have children like me is very worth it, because after the beach one can stay in the pool taking advantage of the end of the day. We spent very pleasant days and for sure the accommodation helped a lot.

The house is simply welcoming and pleasant, an alternative and creative architecture, it does not make you want to leave. The sea was calm and great to enjoy. The stream flowing on the beach is a delight. Despite being em.um.feriado de carnaval, I thought the beach was quiet, it was not full. It is said that in the low season it is quieter to enjoy and explore. The beach has mtos kiosks that accept card, Pix and cash. Has food and drink for all tastes. 🥰

This Airbnb was a perfect stay to end our vacation. It was so beautiful, peaceful being surrounded by nature. The waterfall, gym and yoga centre were easy to access. Lucas was very helpful and very responsive. It was a bit of a walk through the jungle to get it to the Airbnb, it’s helpful to pack groceries and basic necessities. Absolutely loved the place
