A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The MS Templin, a 100-year-old historic motor ship. The MS Templin was built in 1925 by the Ertel shipyard in Woltersdorf. It is a so-called single-decker ship, 19.90 meters long, 3.38 meters wide. The MS Templin for overnight stays for 2 people. There is a cozy bed and 2 sofa beds. 2 outdoor areas, a fireplace, a reading corner, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove and a small refrigerator. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
