in una zona molto tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dal centro città, offriamo ospitalità in un intero appartamento autonomo con un ampio giardino esterno con parcheggio privato. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

House in the countryside, located within the Prati Umidi dei Quadris biotope. The property also houses the ancient Fetar Furnace. A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.

Delightful independent house. Immersed in nature and not far from the historic center easily accessible by car or bus whose stop is not far away. The small house on the ground floor offers a very recent kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor a relaxation area with TV and sofa (double bed) and large balcony; bedroom with closet and double bed with orthopedic mattress. No smoking in the House Accommodation tax € .1.5/each to be paid to the host.

Lovely apartment located a few steps from the center of Udine and the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, on a private street well served by bus (line 1) that connects the house directly to the historic center and Udine station. The center of Udine is also easily accessible on foot through a pleasant walk that runs along it. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find several cafes, some supermarkets, three restaurants and the local pharmacy.
