Delightful independent house. Surrounded by nature and not far from the historic center, easily accessible by car or bus, the stop is not far away. The ground floor of the house offers a very recent kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor, there is a relaxation area with a television and sofa (double bed) and a large balcony; a bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed with an orthopedic mattress. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. Tourist tax €0.15/person to be paid to the host.

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

New house freshly renovated during winter 2024, in the small and quiet village of Potoki, located between the Nadiža valley and the Soča Valley. Just 5min drive from the town of Kobarid, from where you can start a lot of hikes to discover the region, do many nature activities and many restaurants, all near Italia, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, spacious living room, dining room, furnished kitchen… and wellness area with private sauna, jacuzzi. And a lovely river a short walk away 🌞

Romantic Nord-EST: Central Loft and sea glimpse

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Inoltre avrete facile parcheggio libero sulla via e nelle vicinanze è presente un fornitissimo supermercato LIDL. Una posizione strategica sia che siate a Udine per affari che per svago.

A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.

Nice apartment located a short walk from the center of Udine and the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, on a private street well served by buses (line 1) that connect the house directly to the historic center and the Udine station. The center of Udine is also easily accessible on foot through a pleasant walk along the canal. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find several cafes, some supermarkets, three restaurants and the local pharmacy.

House Pr tin is located in the village of Ladra 3 km away from Kobarid. The apartment was renovated in 2020. We offer 3 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, balcony. The house is suitable for a couple or a family of 2 to 5 people. When you book, the whole house is available just for you. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We are 5 minutes by car from Kobarid, and 20 minutes from Bovec.
