Il Nido - Self check-in

Il Nido is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated at the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and other small animals as neigbours, Il Nido is the place for you!

I Cedri

The fee includes cleaning. The area is elegant and quiet just a short walk from downtown, close to the hospital and university. On the doorbell, ring PERSIC. The apartment is on the second and last floor. It has recently been completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The decor is modern. There is a removable cot for children. In the basement there is a small garage, but it is not difficult to find parking immediately outside the house. There is a nice common garden and a terrace.

Graziosa abitazione con ingresso indipendente collocata nel centro di Gonars. L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

A quiet farm in KRAS region

My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.

The house is located in the heart of of Grado island, in a quiet area of villas and gardens. The apartment, just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea, overlooks the well-kept and shaded garden and it is equipped with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.
