The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Op een unieke locatie, midden in de bossen van Lunteren en naast het Wekeromse Zand, ligt deze vrijstaande vakantiewoning. De jaren 30 woning is recent volledig verbouwd. Bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is magisch: midden in het bos, op een perceel van 4ha, tussen de reen, wild zwijnen, eekhoorns en een groot aantal vogels. Het is een fantastische ervaring om temidden van een concert van vogels je eigen stukje bos te verkennen en op te gaan in de natuur.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Our cottage is a 4-person chalet and is located in park t Veluws hof in Hoenderloo. There is a completely fenced sunny garden at the cottage where you can relax. The cottage is located at the back edge of the park in a very quiet place. You can walk directly from the cottage into the forest where you can take many walks and beautiful bike rides. Park de Hoge Veluwe is also around the corner. You can also make nice day trips to cities such as Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Deventer and Zutphen.

The house is spacious but also cosy and comfortable, with a luxury bathroom, complete kitchen, a woodburner stove and all the other comfort you need. Wolves can sometimes be heard howling, if you're lucky...
