Because of the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in northeastern Bavaria, southeastern Thuringia and impressions at the former German border. We also welcome guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangery and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this will also meet the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

Welcome to our holiday apartment directly on the Saale cycling trail in Rudolstadt! Since we as a young family have not found a suitably equipped apartment for us for a long time when we came to visit, we have set up our own, which meets (almost) all needs. Solo travelers, couples, friends as well as families with (small) children and pets should feel a bit at home in this retreat, which has been furnished with a lot of time and love.

Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.
