Come stay at our unique loft space where you will get to experience our private 1-bed stylish “tiny home”. This unit is best suited for 2 people, but can accomodate 4 with 2 people on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The quirky bedroom is upstairs and sits in a space that has low ceilings to give a cosy slumber feel. This is a self-catering, load-shedding friendly unit, fully equipped with gas cooking, gas geyser and an alternative power supply to keep the wifi and TV running during loadshedding.

Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

The space is a private and peaceful, equipped with all the amenities required by the business or leisure traveler. Self check in and out is quick and easy via a keypad at the main gate, a key box is located at the entrance to the unit. Due to its size the unit is ideally suited for short term stays.

The Studio on Elston

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.
