Haus Roswitha is located in the picturesque Tumpen. A small village at the beginning of the Oetztal. The house lies in a quiet neigbourhood, has a garden and a beautiful mountain view. The Oetztal is full of activities. In winter, skiing in Hochoetz / Kühtai is perfect for families. Sölden is also easily accessible. In the summer you can swim, hike and mountainbike, but also rafting and canyoning are possible. Innsbruck is always worth the effort. Culture, shopping and gastronomy in 1 city.

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car.
