The apartment has a new open-plan kitchen, including a microwave and coffee machine, a new, modern bathroom, a cosy sitting area with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. For shared use: barbecue, fire pit, fitness room, sauna (€20 per heating session), mountain water pool, cinema, outdoor shower, table tennis, snowshoes, sledges and play equipment in the garden.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
