Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Free Wi-Fi. Laundry service by appointment.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

In the living area there is a sofa bed and a fireplace. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Welcome. Our 150-square-meter vacation home, in Sundhausen, can accommodate a total of 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

In the middle of a quiet, charming old town alley in Erfurt is your stylish retreat of about 20 square meters with kitchen and bathroom.
