The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as a hiker, skier, biker, motorist or comfortably with the Harz narrow-gauge railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.
