Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Parking on the road in a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds for children. Upstairs shower room. WiFi. Cosy lounge with Smart TV with Freeview. Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.
