Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

Our garden apartment was renovated in April 2023. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Ballwein guest house. It has a separate kitchen, a living room with dining area, a private bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a terrace. There is air conditioning in both the living area and the bedroom. We offer free Wi-Fi and one parking space per apartment. Bus stop directly in front of the house. You can take bus 21 directly to Salzburg's old town.

Our traditional, cozy inn has 14 rooms and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. You will receive a guest card from me so that you can use public transport for free. Abtenau is a great place for hiking, biking and walking. Beautiful lakes can be reached in 30 minutes, and the city of Salzburg and Hallstatt are also nearby. Breakfast extra €15 per person

Double room south of Salzburg

The double room with a private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It faces the street, so noise cannot be ruled out. There is no daily cleaning. Wi-Fi and a car parking space are available free of charge. The bus stop is in front of the building. With the MobilityCard, you can travel free of charge by bus and train in the SalzburgerLand region.
