Rental part in Kåbo

We offer an apartment in the basement, centrally located in Uppsala. The area is close to the Cathedral, the Castle with the Botanical Garden, the University and the Hospital. Adjacent to the property are grass areas and nature reserves Fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the apartment. In the laundry room just outside there is a washing machine and shower. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Grocery store about 3 minutes and restaurants are in the nearby area. Bed linen is not included, only duvets (2 x 150x200) and pillows.

Warm welcome to this well decorated gem on SoFo. It is a one-bedroom apartment with stunning parquet flooring, a small kitchen and and cozy decorated. Smart TV with Netflix account. The apartment is centrally yet quiet, and only a stone's throw from SoFo's charming quarters. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths. Enjoy a good coffee in the apartment or in the park next door, or have a beer on Skånegatan a couple of blocks away.

Privat fully equipped own studio in part of villa.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Nice and spacious apartment in the basement located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. Approximately 5-minute walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary services are available in the immediate vicinity of the home. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is to make guests feel at home in a place where nothing is missing. Nabbgatan centrally in Strängnäs

A small room with a simple kitchen, dining area and bed in the same room as well as a bathroom and hall. Private home with entrance from the stairwell and doesn't share with anyone. Located centrally in cultural district and close to Lake Mälaren. Access to garden furniture. 7 min walk from the station and the city center. 85 km from Stockholm where you easiest go by train in 48 min with Mälartåg. A place to stay that is suitable for overnight stays and simple cooking.
