The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Elförsörjningen sker via ett 12-voltsystem, vilket räcker för enklare belysning. Kapaciteten är dock begränsad. Det finns möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag, samt tillgång till TV med DVD.
