Located in a quiet, peaceful green courtyard without traffic noise, overlooking the pulverizing city life with a wealth of exciting critically acclaimed restaurants, cafes and shopping. The owner of the apartment is an artist and the place has an atmosphere that exudes creativity and backstage at a theater. The room contains a king-size bed (which can be divided into 2 singles when booking), refrigerator, kettle and microwave, dining table, chairs and dresser.

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

The large bathroom has fresh rose-colored tiles and cool black and white fixtures.

You have access to all of the nicest stores and restaurants that Copenhagen can offer. As the room is centered on the main walking street in the heart of the city, this also contains the sounds from a busy capital. There is not access to a kitchen.
