Quiet Urbana bonus room, 5 miles from University

Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

Studio guest house on top of a detached garage. Entrance is on the back side of property via alley. This space is detached and very private. Laundry room, full kitchen, full bath and large living room. 70” smart TV, couches and a queen size bed in the living room. Wi-Fi, inflatable mattress for additional guests. On-site parking for single vehicle. Free street parking. Property conveniently 1 mile from campus, 2.3 miles from Memorial Stadium/State Farm Center.
