You live in the countryside not far from the city of Zurich. You can expect lots of peace & relaxation. Zurich is an ideal place for excursions in the area. In summer you can enjoy the lake and in winter you are in the ski resorts in 50 minutes. We are uncomplicated and look forward to meeting new people. The fair, downtown & the airport are 10-15 minutes away by car. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the bus takes you to the nearest train station in 7 minutes.

Free parking in front of the house, shopping 400 m, restaurant within walking distance.

Top public transport connection (Tram&Bus right in front of the door), highway 3 min. Room has a bed (90x200, extendable to 180), as well as a workspace with screens and height-adjustable. Shelf and clothes rail. You Access to the seat. Parking available directly in the building (parking hall and blue zone).

Small double room in very quiet & cosy villa

16 minutes form Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house with garden, a small double room is available (bed 140cm). There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.

Double room near Zurich

I rent out a cozy double room in a furnished apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, toilet, shower and garden can also be used. The apartment is only 7 km away from Zurich HB and from there the bus runs directly in front of the house. From the airport: 2 train stations to HB, then bus. Despite its central location, the surroundings are quiet and close to the nature.

Greifensee Naherholungsgebiet zum Wandern/ Entspannen oder Baden. Mitbenutzung von Garten bei schönem Wetter. Frühstück kann gerne zubereitet werden und im Esszimmer serviert werden.
