Stayed for a month and had a great time. Place was always a welcome retreat after hitting the slopes, whether that was enjoying the pool, game room, or hanging around the living area. Tim and Angie were responsive and helpful!

Great place in Payson for a large group. The kids were entertained by the movie room, pool and large backyard. We all felt right at home, the beds were extremely comfortable! Randy was a great host and would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves in Payson.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was very clean, the host was kind, friendly and responsive. Great for the price and the kids really enjoyed the theatre room downstairs. The main floor was a great and comfortable gathering space. Would stay here again!

This place is enormous! It has space for a huge group spread out across multiple floors. Everything worked as advertised. And when we had questions the owners were super responsive and friendly. They live on-site in the guest house. The location can’t be beat.

We loved our stay for my daughter and future son in laws Batch party. Was the perfect place. House is very clean and is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The golf was the main attraction where we had quite a few games of mini golf. Michelle was an excellent host and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a comfortable rental with plenty of room for our whole family. Perfect location with a nearby grocery store and gas station.

Perfect place for the family to stay for a fun filled weekend! Hot tub was amazing! Extra towels, beds, and blankets were available to use which was super helpful! Beautiful views of the mountains too!

We loved staying at this house in Vineyard. Our kids loved the gaming room in the basement and the backyard. We loved how spacious the house was especially my parents. Brock was a great host he was very responsive and worked hard to make sure you had an enjoyable stay.

Very clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was a very easy to find. It was also close to everything we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Great place in an unassuming, convenient location. Check in and check out were very easy and sleeping space was abundant. No problems with any neighbors.

I was in town for a family emergency. Lane and Analee accommodated my check in and check out times since I was dealing with having to move in and out of multiple rentals. They were very easy to communicate with, and made my stay very enjoyable.

Kathy and Steve were absolutely wonderful hosts! We were traveling for a track meet with our program’s top athletes, and the weather was cold, snowy, and wet. They graciously extended our stay to ensure our runners could stay warm and rested, giving them the best chance to compete successfully. The space itself had everything we needed and more – the arcade was a huge hit, not just for the high school boys but for us coaches as well! Despite our later-than-expected arrival, Kathy stayed up to greet us, and their communication was always friendly and prompt. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would gladly stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas!! We would definitely stay here again. The host was friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate a few special requests we had. This place is especially nice for large groups with multiple families that can have their own space. Highly recommended!!

Brian’s house provided perfectly for our group. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. Large family room allowed all of us to sit and watch movies. Great location for a huge variety of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

We are repeat stayers at this house. We love the location ,it’s on a quiet street and the location is perfect for us. The city rec center is a walkable distance. It has a pool and workout center. The home is always clean and welcoming. Thank you

Close to ski canyons. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to shopping/restaurants.

Spotlessly clean home, perfect for our ski trip with 3 families. Large mudroom to hang wet ski gear. Two pack and plays plus numerous sleep mats made accommodating our group of adults and kids flexible and seamless. Loved the two-car garage access since it snowed while we were there. Kitchen very well stocked including high chair and kids plates/cups/utensils. Even had kitchen random items like select seasonings, spray oil, Saran Wrap, etc. Nice to have basement living room/kitchen area, though the queen bedroom is a bit awkward as you have to walk through it to get to/from the stairs for others staying in the basement (didn’t want to take outside stairs in winter). Wasn’t a problem for our group, but worth knowing for other groups. Had fun games in the cabinets for the adults, baby toys (blocks and train tracks), large TVs. Overall loved the place and highly recommend. 17 minutes to Sundance, 10 to BYU, 4 to Smiths. Beds were very comfy. Great gathering space in the living room

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood. This was easy to access, quick up and down with freeways nearby, but still felt like a peaceful spot to relax. Incredibly charming home, wonderfully appointed, and was the perfect spot for meetings all over the SLC area. I would definitely stay there again!
