It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. In our cozy, bright and lovingly furnished apartment, close to the beach in the beautiful Frisian village of Utersum, you will find peace and relaxation for the whole family. The apartment is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment that is allergy-friendly. In the quiet garden you can relax and enjoy the hours and your children can try out the various play options. Our house is only about 600 m from the family-friendly beach.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. For your trips to the beach (about 5 minutes by bike) and across the island, I will provide bicycles. The bus stop is 150 meters away, as is the delicious bakery. Opposite is the farm shop with regional products such as milk, eggs, potatoes, etc. Edeka is 300 meters away. As well as restaurants, cinema and cafes.
