Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Stay in a scenic valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire the deer at dusk and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. Three sheep will also move in next to the tent for the summer, and we also have chickens that will keep you company during your visit. A compact beach cottage with space for 1-2 people, a cooking area on the terrace with a fridge, a countertop and hotplates. Running cold water. Wood-fired sauna where you can take a sauna and wash (camping shower). There is a lean-to and a campfire area on the shore. A rowing boat is at your disposal. Composting dry toilet. Villa Muurla is perfect place to host family / business gatherings. There are 5 +1 bedrooms, huge living room + dining area and big outdoor terrace. Villa has kitchen and gas grill on terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms + one sauna. There is air conditioning and Villa is newer hot and 2 fire places to keep it warm in winter times. There are 12 beds with linen supplied by the host. During cristmas times we welcome businesses to have their small Christmas party at Villa Muurla.

The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
