Holiday rentals with a pool in Uvita

This comfortable and modern house sits near the top of the hill and is so special with breathtaking views and magical surroundings. We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the relaxed morning and chilled evenings on the terrace and the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place.

Great family vacation. House was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was very private with amazing views. The dirt road up the hill was a little bumpy and long but well worth the drive. Concierge service was top notch- responded to all of our questions with timely manner with great recommendations

Love the location easy to get to and from the adventures that uvita offers. there is a beautiful waterfall and slide rock slide rock within steps from the place. Great place to stay with the beach really close and all type of other places that someone will need near the Airbnb with easy access.

We needed a place for our large mixed group of family and friends who were here for a wedding and this place was perfect. Ample room for everyone, safely gated, a pool to keep the kids busy and large common area for everyone to convene. There are others living nearby but they are quiet and we’re always very helpful whenever we needed. You’ll want to have a car while here so you can quickly and easily jaunt into the city centre or take a short trip to Dominical (about 35 minutes). Would happily return! Great place.

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

Meets what it promises! It is a very spacious apartment, comfortable for 4 or 5 people (we were 2 and we had plenty of space). The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to cook and maintain your food. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Having a private pool adds a lot of points too. Just add that the day they came to do the pool cleaning, they also cleaned the kitchen, the room and changed the towels. That is thankful for a lot. In terms of location, it is very close to the national park (can be reached on foot) and some bars and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience :)

Great place to stay! The host steve gave us clear instructions to how to get to the location. It was about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Beautiful place to stay!

This place was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location was super close to restaurants, the beach, the little town, and waterfalls. Each morning, we grabbed coffee and sat out on the porch, listening to the howler monkeys and watching all the birds. I couldn't wait to get up every morning to do that!! It is in a complex, but the neighbors were super friendly, the pool was always available and absolutely beautiful to look at, walk out to and take a dip to cool off. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day out for complete relaxation.
