Located right in the middle of the mountain and forest landscape, our villa is eco-friendly and produces its own electricity from solar panels. Our villa is at a higher altitude than the district center and is cooler than the district center even in the scorching summer months. Our villa, which has first-class white goods and furniture, consists of a 100 m2 open kitchen, living room and TV viewing section and a shared toilet-bathroom on the lower floor, while the upper floor consists of a master bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room with a jacuzzi and a shared toilet-bathroom.

It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. It consists of three rooms and a living room, two double beds, two single beds and two sofa beds. Garden and barbecue facilities are available. Our villa is 10 minutes from the center of Fethiye and half an hour (by car) from Ölüdeniz, 15 minutes (by car) from Çalış beach. Pets are allowed.

Green House is a detached reverse duplex house for 2 people. It is accessed from the upper garden. There is a large jacuzzi in its sheltered garden, positioned against nature. It has no private pool.
