Our comfortable apartment, located on the seafront at Fethiye Çalış Beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a view of the pool, and the beach is just a few steps away. It offers a pleasant holiday with private beach access, 7 swimming pools, a large terrace, a balcony with a pool view and a BBQ area. All necessities are available, including 3 air conditioners, Wi-Fi (fibre Internet), TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The restaurant, café, supermarket and spa are located within the complex.

Our villa in Fethiye Faralyada is an environmentally friendly villa with its own waterfall on the beach, 5 minutes' walk to Çukuryurt beach, which is set in nature. (It supplies its electricity from the solar panel and its water from the underground water source) The 1st floor is an open kitchen and living room and the 2nd floor is a double bedroom. If desired, the sofa on the 1st floor can be opened to accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy the small garden on the side of our villa, the terrace in front and the pool.

We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.
