After you have parked the car in the reserved space, you will have to go down some steps and walk along a short path. Upon reaching the entrance of the house, you will open the front door and, before your eyes, you will see the splendid expanse of the sea with its horizon. Only after admiring the breathtaking view will you want to see the inside of the house.

Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

It is a beautifully located holiday home, on a hillside 80 m abovesea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, nestled in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean plants. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. Shared pool with stunning ocean views and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15 min walk) complete the stay.

As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s.
