Holiday rentals with a sauna in Val-Cenis

We had an amazing stay, even better than we expected. We were 4 adults and 2 children. the apartment is very large and very comfortable. The residence is quiet and there is plenty of parking available in front. We loved the spa area of the residence, especially with the kids. We took the shuttle every day (empty because 1st stop) right in front of the residence which took us in 5 minutes to the appointment of children's ski lessons (also available for the return of classes). Everything was really ideal and convenient. The resort is also very good, cozy and very family friendly. In short, we'll be happy to come back. 😍

We rented Natasha’s place for a week - and must say, everyday we loved the place more and more !! Cozy and homey feeling, and the chalet has all what you need for a mountain vacation week. House is super clean, bed is comfy with optional lights and built in plugs, well heated, couch was so comfortable. Would recommend !! Will come again for sure !! Thank you.

Beautiful apartment only 10 min from the slopes of Saint-Jean d 'Arves. A welcome notebook with the different elements to know for local tourism. Equipment available for the stay (dishes, raclette machine, ...) and for the end of the stay (maintenance, cleaning) . It's a complete home, it's appreciated!

Very comfortable and perfectly arranged apartment. The terrace is a more pleasant one. Julie is a remarkable host. With children, the shuttle, located across the street, is essential to getting to the snow front.

We had a great time at Arc 1800 at Marie Hélène's apartment. The apartment is very new and superbly furnished. It is below the snow front, which is accessible in 2 min by wearing your skis. Marie-Hélène was very available when we had questions. We had a great vacation, and would recommend this listing.

A very nice accommodation with quality services ( swimming pool, gym, secure underground parking, concierge service...) Good location in the resort, departure and return to the ski residence on foot. Very comfortable apartment, good bedding, and the major asset has a view of the beautiful resort!!!! I would recommend it 100%.... Thanks to Tom

Stay with friends for 4 days and 3 nights. Functional, clean, practical accommodation with a good location.

The apartment is quiet and complies with the description. The ski lift is accessible by shuttle. The host is very responsive and accommodating. At the reception the staff are very kind too! The pool and sauna at the end of the day are very nice! However, I do not recommend the restaurant in the hamlet... really very unprofessional and really not good...

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Everything was as advertised and up to what we expected! We had a great time at Claude's and close to all commerce and the slopes!

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in residence with elevator. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and Alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a correct size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.

A pleasant ski-in ski-out apartment. Fully matched the pictures. The box spring bed in the bedroom is very comfortable for adults, the sofa beds in the living room are fine for children or teenagers. We were there with 5 (two adults and 3 teenagers) and had enough space to store everything because the apartment is practically furnished (which is not always the case with ski in ski out apartments). If you call the key manager before arrival, please ask in which building you should register and rent sheets (that is not at the reception of the residence of the apartment). We had not asked for this and did not know where to apply, fortunately the host Cindy responds super quickly to messages, so that was quickly in order. Friendly and quick to respond host.

Fanny was very kind, helpful, and supportive. I had a cargo problem with an order, she immediately supported me. As a result of misunderstanding, we did not know that there were no sheets, bed linen and towels in the We dealt with it, he immediately supplied the necessary things. He answered our questions quickly. Even though there were 8 of us, we were comfortable at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house is warm, parking for two cars is great. It is also very close to the ski resorts and the air is spotless. We recommend :)

We stayed in this wonderful apartment to spend a few days in tranquility near the mountains and we were excited. The house was perfect: clean, with attention to detail, and equipped with every comfort, including a hot tub and sauna, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility and nature, but at the same time convenient to explore the surroundings. The hosts were impeccable: kind, helpful, and always ready to provide helpful tips. A truly unforgettable stay, 100% recommended!

Exceptional! We, our two teenagers, our two little ones of 6 and 2 and our dog LOVED IT! Everyone found their happiness in the house. Pros: The setting is beautiful. Close proximity to farms that sell great products, great walks or not far by car, a station 45’drive away. Eric is a legendary responsiveness, communication with him is clear. The house is spotless, there are all the necessary amenities, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the cinema room and the jacuzzi🤩🤩🤩, the garden is a perfect size, several spaces to rest, everyone can find a corner to be quiet, games available for all ages, in short we were absolutely won over. We have absolutely no complaints to make. Thanks again Eric. We hope to come back next time with some snow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Enjoyed staying at Sophie's place. Was able to walk to the lake beach within a few minutes. Walk to supermarket and town. Cycling was incredible. The house was clean, garage was nice to use for bikes, was very well stocked. A/C worked well. Will stay again!

Accommodations can be suitable to a single, couple looking for privacy or for the company who want to spend a quality, artistic time together. surrounded by nature, mountains and close to everything - everyone can find what they looking for in this place.

We just came back from a week vacation at Celine’s place and we have only great things to say about the place and host. The chalet is beautiful, clean and well organized. Celine was always responsive and communicative. The sauna was a highlight after coming back from a ski day and the location is quiet and accommodating for big groups!
