This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.
