very nice cottage with a view of Mont Blanc. We had a great, relaxing and quiet vacation. Possibility to take walks at the Col du Cliergeon just above.

The setting is nice, the view when you wake up is pleasant. The small terrace and the landscaped area in the garden really offers a very nice resting space. The location of the rental allows you to visit quite a few things 20, 30 minutes by car.

Great home, everything is very clean and cozy. Emmanuel is very attentive and present in his communication. Great location also for Annecy and its surroundings. We will definitely be back.

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!
