Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Beautiful gîte located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest to stroll and observe the animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the host's yard, located 20 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 35 minutes from Le Mans Sud. Zoo, amusement park and other activities in the area, we open our gate to welcome you in a cottage in our yard where you will find comfort, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds. The sofa also converts to a bed.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
