Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Val-de-Marne

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

A wonderful few days staying here, the accommodation is in a lovely area with easy access in to the centre of Paris. The family were very welcoming and helpful and the accommodation itself is very clean and well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

Very stylish and friendly house..

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

This is really the ideal Airbnb. Everything works great, it’s spacious, stylish yet cozy, the neighborhood is wonderful, yet the place is very quiet. The superlative ratings are no accident.

We loved staying in this lovely apartment. It is in a fantastic location and is quite large, taking up an entire floor. The host is absolutely charming and was available to provide recommendations. She had stocked the kitchen with fresh milk, orange juice and wine for us. We especially loved the patisserie just across Rue de Rennes, where we picked up breakfast every day. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of all of the major sights. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

François was a wonderful host, incredible responsive and was flexible with us even when we came on Christmas night! The place was very clean, had great art, and we immediately felt at home. We would love to stay again next time we visit Paris!

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a group of 3 people, with its 3 beds (3 different spaces). There is everything you need for a pleasant stay: well equipped and quiet. Located close to amenities, it's perfect if you want to be in a peaceful environment. However, if you're looking to really be at the center of the action, it will take a bit of travel. Best place in the Rue Mouffetard area. Closeby the oldes part of Paris, le Marais. Close to the metro, parking. A gem!! Highly recommended.

A beautiful, home-y apartment with a fabulous location. The hosts were very kind and responsive when I had to adjust my dates, and sent helpful videos with instructions on how to access the apartment. I would recommend!

Audrey is a great host! We rented his house for an organized EVJF! Everything was decent, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suits us and was fine!! We really liked her house, I would recommend her without a second thought! If you want to do your own decor for EVJF baby shower or other birthday you can without hesitation!

Buu was very nice! Her place is in a great location and close to public transportation..My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough room for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. I'd recommend this place to stay for large groups without a second thought. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Audrey .

Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.
