Normandy house 1h15 from Paris, close to the banks of the Seine and Lac des 2 lovers, ideal for families. Large garden, games, barbecue, garden furniture, the whole family will be able to gather outside, play and have meals there. If it rains the interior has a fireplace, a TV with DVD, and lots of board games. The house is 5 minutes from 2 beautiful lakes where the leisure base of Léry-Poses is located and 30 minutes from Rouen. Parties, big groups, and pets are not allowed.

A stylish and newly renovated house, full of light and calm, with stunning views of the Seine and the surrounding lakes and forests. Set in a rural village in the heart of the french countryside and a short car ride to conveniences and train station. 45 minutes from Paris and just over an hour to the coast. Explore nearby Giverny where Monet and the impressionists painted the luminous landscape. A great base to visit Paris, Rouen, Chartres and Normandy and the WWII sites.

Nice detached house by the water, for 2 or 4 people (one bedroom and one sofa bed, 18 cm mattress) Fully-equipped house: - oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. - spacious living room with dining table, office space and sofa bed. - shower room with storage. - spacious bedroom with a large dressing room. Beautiful outdoor spaces, terrace and garden with garden furniture. WiFi and TV. Sheets and towels are provided. Please refrain from smoking inside the house.

A quiet house in a good location!

Proche de tous commerces et de multiples activités saisonnières (sports , détente et nature). Situé à moins 100m de l’Eure et à deux pas de la voie Verte. Pour les voyageurs et les professionnels à 5mn de la gare, à 5km A13, à 30mn d’Evreux / Rouen / Andelys / Vernon. La côte Normande est à moins d’1h20 par l’A13 vers Caen et A29 et Paris à 1h20. Le weekend, il y a des marchés à moins de 10km (Louviers , Pont de l’Arche..), avec de produits frais de qualité.

The Swallows' Studio

The Hirondelles studio offers the quietness of the countryside. 2 km from the “Seine-Eure by bike” circuit, this independent cottage offers a cozy and bright 26 m² studio for two people. The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. This unique space is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with toilet and a large patio with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.

No wifi Cosy house,situated on the banks of the Seine river, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine National Park. The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). 15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.

The small cottage allows you to be quiet and enjoy a covered terrace and garden, while being close to shops and restaurants, the hiking trail and the banks of the Seine. If you want to stay several days, you can discover on foot the beautiful landscapes that Les Andelys offers, between the Seine and the cliffs and its small historic center where art galleries, shops, restaurants at the foot of the castle await you.
