The best located chalet in Montgenèvre, with magnificent views, arrive and leave from the door with skis on your feet! Direct access (50 m) to the main Les Chalmettes ski lift. 100 m from La Durancia with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam, massages, restaurant. Downhill mountain biking, walks, tennis courts, golf, tree climbing, are all within a 2-minute walk. Also very close to the center of the village.
