Walks starting on foot; GR36 (in front of the house), mountain bike trails, Voie Verte, canoeing and kayaking. Next to a beautiful forest with idyllic paths, an abandoned hamlet, not very busy. Unique and rare.

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!
