Enjoy with your family this fabulous accommodation located in the heart of the Colmiane resort, you can access the ski slopes on foot (many activities in summer such as zipline, tree climbing, mini golf, summer tobogganing...) This superb chalet sleeps 4: one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. it offers a magnificent view of the mountains. No TV or wifi for complete disconnection, equipped kitchen (hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.).

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of nature and pure mountain air, it is spacious and close to the fun activities of the Colmiane summer-winter resort and shops. St Martin de Vésubie and Le Boreon are close, less than 15 km away. south facing, very bright and well-equipped, it is rated 3***, it is good to live there. Fruit trees, vegetable garden and flowers surround it. You are welcome.

Gîte du Leiodes

The Gîte du Leiodes, with an area of just over 100 m² on three floors, is located in the hamlet of Blaquet, at the end of a small dead-end road in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by mountains. We renovated this barn with all our love using exclusively refined and warm materials. You can relax by the stove or in the duo spa while tasting the products of our valley. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
